New iLearnabout topic ‘Water and Livelihoods’ ready for use

The next topic in the iLearnabout range has been published containing three learning modules: 'Water for everything we do', 'Is there enough water?' and 'How can we have enough water?'. The pack also contains a teachers' guide and a topic test, along with suggested practical challenge projects including 'Rainwater collection', 'Wetland protection', and 'Water Clean-up'.

Brenda Okumu of Africa Network for Animal Welfare commented 'I am excited about the development of very relevant and timely curricula for learners'.

iLearnabout is an e-learning resource focusing on environmental conservation that is FREE to any African school or organisation that wants to use it. There are now four topics available: Biodiversity, Climate Change, Wildlife Conservation, and Water and Livelihoods. The next on the importance of soil will follow shortly.
